What is wellness coaching?
There is certainly no shortage of information regarding what is good for our health. So why is it so hard to make those healthy changes?
Wellness coaching focuses on behaviour change and positive psychology to help overcome resistance to change. It closes the gap between what you say you want and what you actually do.
After decades of research on achievement and success, world renowned Stanford University psychologist Dr Carol Dweck discovered the ground breaking idea of the power of our mindset. Dr Dweck explains that it’s not just our abilities and talent that brings us success but whether we approach our goals with a fixed mindset or a growth mindset.
Using a step by step approach, our wellness coach Tom Vujevic will work with you to create an action plan based on your goals and what’s stopping you from achieving them. Tommy will guide you and empower you to make positive and lasting changes to your health and to help you foster a growth mindset.

I was feeling completely overwhelmed, confused and extremely low during COVID Lockdown. I signed up with Clarity Fitness & Wellbeing to their 12-week Wellness Coaching Program, to help me with my weight loss, fitness and overall health.
